Received a check addressed to my blog, how do I cash it as a person?

I run a snowboarding blog at http://www.BCKCNTRY.com, and I recently did a sponsored post for Gore-Tex where they sent me a check addressed to "BCKCNTRY.com". Now I have not registered BCKCNTRY.com as a business yet, so there are no legal doents saying that I am the owner. Would there still be a way I could cash the check without having to register it as a business?
