Whats the worst neighborhood in the san francisco bay area?

i was wondering what is the worst neighborhood in the whole bay area im talking crime ridden areas that are dangerous to walk down the street i hear east oakland or richmond are among the worst along with hunter point bayview in sf but out of all those places whats the worst? thanks for the answers
