Who is the most exciting overrated QBs and who are the most underrated QBs?

I agree with you that Romo is underrated by all the people calling him overrated, if that makes any sense. The most exciting overrated quarterback is Michael Vick. Once defenses key in on him, he's only average at best, but he was great for my fantasy team. However, even though I hate the guy, Tom Brady is the best QB in the league.
