Anyway to get acne and acne red marks to dissapper?

well im 14 and i had a promble with acne for a long time so this time red marks started to apper i thought they would go away next week i was wrong i need them to go away by November 22 cause after that week im going to a family party and they tend to talk about people badly even there own family so it there any way to take away the marks nd the zits i already tryied clear and clean and proactiv and and clindamycin phosphate and benzoyl peroxide gel they dont work some make it worse and can it be under $10 ?
