14 month old..sick for a month?

My son is 14 months and 4 weeks ago he developed a runny nose and then a week later he developed a cough so i brought him to the doctor. They put him on an antibiotic and albuterol for 10 days. He was doing good and then when he was done with the antibiotic he became sick again. He has green discharge coming from his nose, he gets out of breath while playing with his toys, he has a horrible cough and he wakes up in the middle of the night coughing. I just brought him back to the doctor on wednesday he said when you have bronchitis/bronchiolitis it takes a few weeks to go away. But this morning my sons temp was 100.0...i know that isnt a fever but i just feel like something isnt right. Does anyone have experience with this??
