Best SAT prep books / online courses?

Although I don't put much emphasis on preparation for standardized tests because I am a firm believer in the "you know it or you don't" theory, I prepped for the SAT using CollegeBoard.com. It is the SAT's official website and has practice questions for every subject and a full practice SAT for absolutely free.
