Why is Wisonsin no. 8 in terms of the best education?

Our Madison University is the most liberal beer guzzling university in the country where you aren't safe on the campus in the day time and any thing goes there? Our teachers have top benefits with the most days off and abandon their students when they don't like that they are going to have to live in a reality check that our state is broke and we can't afford to pay for their top notch benefits when we go without or lower quality. In my small town we have 5 hired people who work in the High School sports system that help the coach. Come on!
