Is it safe to go outside a 100o?

ok it really hot outside and i really wanted to skateboard and i was out there for 1 hour and im really tired and trusty is that good i took a cold shower and im still hot how do i get cooler beacse im really hot like im go to die hot palse i help and i drinked oj dose that help ?
