Shaking problem.. Any ideas?

focus and i mean that focus your brain can control these things it is just hard and takes effort. focus and breath hrad not nosie if you don't want but try to do the wave with your abdoman and breath hard will doing this then release your breath full blown and keep pushing the air out even if it feels empty. then breath in hard and take in alot of air until it feels like you can't take more but take in more and more. release back to normal and repeat if needed but remember to focus through all of this on whatever your focus point is just once you get that focus point stay with it that is very inportant!
