Can i fix my laptop that had a cracked screen?

can i go get it fixed? when i turn it on it works i can see where it tell me to put my pword on, but once i press enter the main screen goes black there is only one thing i see which is the recycling bin icon on the left hand corner... other then that it black... can i get it fixed.. its bran new laptop..
