Carlos Pena for Tommy Hanson?

12 man H2H league. My pitching staff consists of Zack Greinke, Dan Haren, Francisco Cordero, Billy Wagner, Roy Oswalt, Bobby Jenks, Octavio Dotel, Rich Harden, Homer Bailey and Daisuke Matsuzaka. Daisuke and Homer Bailey are both on my bench, all the others are starting (2 SP, 2 RP, 4 P) I feel like I need another reliable SP to add to my staff and I have very solid hitting. C Soto/Russel Martin, 1B Pujols, 2B Cano, 3B Zimmerman, SS Stephen Drew, OF Ethier, Granderson, Victorino, Util. Pena, Michael Bourne, Bench Juan Pierre, Chipper Jones, Placido Polanco, Russel Martin. So what do you think about that the trade, and do I need another reliable SP?
