How Can I Get Discovered?

Ok..I'm 14 years old and i want to know what is the best way to get discoverd..I really want to get signed to island def jam records and yeah yeah i know that there are other companys but i atleast want my song to be played on the radio like justing bieber and willow smith...I love to sing i've been singing since i was 9 years old and it has always been my dream to sing and start a carreer in music..i live in a very small town in tennessee they dont even have a vocal or music teacher and no opportunities here...I am very serious about being a singer..i thought about putting videos on youtube but no one will watch them. i dont want like 53 views i want 700,000 views something like that....i dont give up...I'M FOCUSED! please tell me what can i do!
