How come so many hate Texas and Texans?

Ok first off, I am just a little curious because of all the "anti-Texas" youtube videos. I was born and raised here and I'm ok with the state, I'd much rather live in another country but that's beside the point. Anyway, I'm friends with everyone so no, I'm not racist, I believe in equal rights for everyone, including gays, I'm all for the liberal things. Ok now that is out of the way, I don't understand why other people hate us so much. I mean if Texas were to leave the US, the economy, in the US, would be horrible. So I'm just curious why y'all dislike us so much.
