I joined progressive insurance and I never got any boxes that came with it like in the commercial.?

The boxes are the discounts that they give you, if you qualify. If you qualify for the discounts, they gave the discounts to you, but they keep the boxes to reuse in future commercials. If you did not get any discounts, then you did not qualify for the discounts and Flo cannot give them to you.
