Poll: your opinion on the ethics of Obama slapping a lawsuit on Arizona.?

Do you think he will succeed? ok illl go first. Not liking it too much. especially since mexico is joining in the fight. as per the 11th amendment of the constitution Mexico cannot take legal action against Arizona using the US court system. for those who dont know the 11th amendment it goes like this The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State. so ya Mexico back off unless you are going to try this case on Mexican soil using your money. Mexico cannot use a US Court to put one of our states on trial!! So anyway back to the Obama ethics. According to a CNN broadcast Joe Arpaio the elected Sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona, has deputized some arizona citizens allowing them to carry arms and formed a modern day "posse". to help in dealing with a record high amount of illegals coming in from the border. A job that Arizona state senator Jon Kyle (R) claims he has asked the federal govrenment to help with by allowing him to utilize the National guard to help secure the border but claims Obama personally told him. "if we secure the border than you wont have any reason to support comprehensive immigration reform". this tidbit was taken from an Alex Jones you tube video. Alex has a clip of the Arizona senator himself saying hes being blackmailed by the federal government concerning deployment of the national guard. so with no federal help he did what he could on a state level he formed a small militia and deputized them to help enforce immigrtaion laws. basically catch border jumpers also some claims coming in that local US law enforcement are being threatened by Mexican drug cartels. now a little sarcasm Its nice to know that the Obama administration likes to use our national guard in much more productive ways like these roaming roadblocks where the national guard works directly with the police force to do such important things like write fines to generate revenue for minor traffic violations. now this one i have seen with my own eyes. so in essence i think that this ridiculous little charade put forth by Obama to stop the state governor for ping a law that will hurt his agenda of comprehensive immigration reform stinks of dirty politics. And it should not be allowed to happen. oh and if anyone wnats to throw the race card down keepin mind that mexico goes a whole lot harder on their illegals then we do ours.
